Tips for Caring for Your Balloons

Ballons

How to Care for Your Balloons

Please note that foil balloons typically last approximately 1–2 days, depending on weather conditions and handling. Balloons with paint, confetti, or other decorative elements generally have a shorter lifespan, so we recommend enjoying them on the same day they are prepared.

Once your order has been delivered in perfect condition, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind.

To help you enjoy your balloons for as long as possible, please follow these care instructions:

AIR-FILLED ARRANGEMENTS

Air-filled balloon arrangements typically last about one week when kept indoors at room temperature.

  • Keep balloons in a cool environment.

  • Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

  • When transporting, do not squeeze or compress the balloons.

  • Keep them away from sharp objects that could puncture them.

  • Avoid placing them in trunks or crowded spaces where they may be damaged.

HELIUM-FILLED ARRANGEMENTS

  • Keep balloons in a cool location with stable temperatures.

  • Avoid placing them near air conditioning vents, heaters, or other heat sources.

  • Do not expose balloons to direct sunlight.

  • Avoid leaving balloons inside vehicles for extended periods.

  • Do not store balloons in closets, dressing rooms, trunks, cabinets, or other small, enclosed spaces without ventilation. Whenever possible, keep them in open, cool areas.

  • Do not squeeze, press, or place heavy objects on the balloons.

Temperature Effects on Helium Balloons

When a balloon is exposed to temperatures lower than the temperature at which it was inflated, the gas inside contracts. As a result, the balloon may appear deflated or as though it has lost helium.

When a balloon is exposed to temperatures higher than the temperature at which it was inflated, the gas expands and increases in volume. The balloon will appear stretched, and as the temperature continues to rise, the pressure inside the balloon increases, which may cause it to expand further and eventually burst.
